Can I place an order by phone?
Yes. You may contact us at (888) 742-8175, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8am - 5pm EST.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards, as well as Debit/ATM cards. You may also send payment via money order, cashier's check or personal check. (*Note: Items will not be shipped until your personal check has cleared.)
How will I know if my order was received?
You will receive an automatic receipt confirming your order. You will also receive an e-mail notification which will include your tracking number and expected delivery date.
Are C.O.D.s (Cash On Delivery) accepted?
Sorry, no C.O.D.s are allowed.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase(s), return the unopened/unused merchandise within 30 days from the order date for an exchange or refund of the merchandise value. All refunds will be issued to your credit card, unless payment was originated by check or money order.
Is my privacy protected?
Yes. We DO NOT sell, share or lease your information to any outside sources. We only collect your information to process your order or to send you promotional offers.
